RxNaija helps Nigerian community pharmacies work the line their customers already use. It answers, prices, and takes the order from the pharmacy's own catalogue — and stops dead at the point where a pharmacist is required.
The customers are already there. The orders are already there. What is missing is the counter behind them — someone to answer at 9pm, quote the real price, and write it down. RxNaija is that counter.

Four rules we will not trade for a better demo. Each one is enforced in code, not requested in a prompt — because a prompt is a request and a rule is a guarantee.
Every figure is read from your own list at the moment it is spoken. The model is not permitted to remember, estimate or round a price — if it cannot verify it, it does not say it.
Doses, children, pregnancy and interactions never reach the model at all. They are routed to you before a reply is drafted, so there is no confident guess to intercept.
Nothing to migrate and nothing for customers to install. The line they already message is the line that answers, and it speaks the way your counter speaks.
Each order carries the conversation that produced it. You can see what the assistant sold, what it passed to you, and what it declined to answer.
Most pharmacies are running this within a day. We do the loading, you do the approving — and we stay on the line through the first week, when the questions are real.
Send the list however you keep it — a spreadsheet, a photo of the shelf, an export. We match it, price it, and show you what we read before anything goes live.
No new line, no new app for your customers. You scan once from the counter phone and the thread carries on exactly where it was.
You decide what it may quote, what it must escalate, and when it should stay quiet. The clinical stops are on by default — you can tighten them, never loosen them.
At the end of the first week you see the orders it took, the questions it passed to you, and what that was worth. If it did not pay for itself, you do not pay for it.
Not a template dropped into a new market. Priced in naira, written for how people actually message a pharmacy here — "abeg how much", voice notes, and all.
If it does not save time on a busy Saturday, it does not ship. Come and put a question to it — including one it should refuse.
