RxNaija Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using RxNaija (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

• Be a licensed pharmacy in Nigeria with valid PCN registration.
• Provide accurate details during sign-up, including your license number, address, and contact information.
• Be capable of entering into a binding legal agreement.

2. Account Registration

• Pharmacies must register via our sign-up form or Google authentication.
• All information provided must be true and updated regularly.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Use of Platform

• RxNaija allows pharmacies to fulfill medication reservations based on user-submitted referral codes.
• Pharmacies are required to verify and confirm reservations accurately before marking them as fulfilled.
• Fraudulent fulfillment or misuse of referral codes may result in permanent suspension.

4. User Rewards

• When a pharmacy successfully fulfills a reservation, the user associated with the referral code may receive reward points.
• RxNaija reserves the right to modify or discontinue the rewards system at any time without prior notice.

5. Data and Privacy

By using RxNaija, you consent to our collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

RxNaija may access, store, and share data required for platform functionality, including reservation fulfillment, pharmacy details, and analytics.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Attempt unauthorized access to another pharmacy’s account.
• Use RxNaija for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Reverse-engineer or misuse the software, database, or content on RxNaija.

7. Service Availability

RxNaija strives to provide uninterrupted access but does not guarantee availability at all times. We may suspend or restrict access temporarily for maintenance or upgrades.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice for violations of these Terms. Pharmacies may request account deletion by contacting support.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Losses due to inaccurate data provided by pharmacies or users.
• Service downtime, data loss, or unauthorized access beyond our control.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new Terms.
